Correction.. the definition of capitalism is correctly stated as thus:
an economic, political, and social system in which property, business, and industry are
privately owned, directed towards making the greatest possible profits for successful
organizations and people

to get Money and power to Screw you more , And you vote for them

Again, you have a jaundiced view , without capitalism there would be little if any inventions, growth in industry and betterment of our every day lives. Capitalists
created Aople computers, high technology and more in the hopes that people will lay down their monies and purchase those items. Capitalists do own and control large sums of money however they also invest in products and ideas and with out those venture capitalists you would have much the same choices in things at the
food stores, hardware stores and more like Venezuela is currently experiencing.
In short, there is much to gain in a capitalist economy as there is much to loose
for those who invest in it. No pain, no gain.
