I think if you look into that, the last 2 or 3 Presidents have been much worse -- far beyond the point of abuse -- than most others when it comes to "day one" executive orders.

Executive orders are like a CEO making changes that don't require
board apporoval - and your'e right, there have been a lot of 'day one' things done. And I think it will continue.

Yeah, IMHO, the executive order is not inherently a bad thing if it is used correctly. It should be used as a stop-gap measure, until Congress can pass a law, or in emergencies only. With recent Presidents, it is becoming more a way to create "law" without going through the proper channels, and hoping that Congress and the courts don't question it.

well if you think about it people want results quick. every president uses executive orders. A president can not create laws, they can only sign bills. if you noticed each time trump was president nothing was getting done in regards to the legislative branch. the dems were always after trump.

infact i was a victim of that because i was waiting for a tax change to be implimented which was all clear and it wasn't was because they were either [1]going after trump [2] going on breaks.

Executive orders are proper channels. He's using his power correctly.

These are strange times. Barack Obama averaged 35 orders per year
during his terms. Donald Trump 45, 55 per year - mostly overturning
egislation
that Obama passed. Biden averaged 41 per year , again, undoing some of
Trump's attempts to circumvent laws passed under Obama. On Trump's
second term, Trump has signed 217 orders, with an obedient majority in
the house and senate.

these arent strange times in regards to executive orders. it's normal for a president to have executive orders. people like you would say he was a liar and doesn't do anything if he just depended on the leg. branch.

biden didnt even know what he was signing to during that time and most of his presidency. there's proof of that.
