    I've genuinely NEVER heard a good argument for this.

    What about trans people makes them inherently unfit to own a firearm?

    Based on what? Gender dysphoria?
    This is on a similar level to not letting someone have a gun just because they have autism or ADHD, it has no impact on their ability to effectively operate
    or carry a firearm without being a danger to others or themselves. ***************************************

    I know a trans person in their 60s who is proficient in firearms and I respect that person. However
    some of the well known shooters in the trans community who have done those tragedies are under age
    30, and what they did in British Columbia, Tennessee and Minnesota have held back firearm rights for
    their community. Just because you were not treated well in school does not mean you have to reenact
    the Jeremey music video from Pearl Jam.

    Nothing. I think its more about mental health, not sexual preference - of any person; straight, gay, bi, etc...
