Is anyone using sexpots alongside an FTN-style front-end mailer on the same phone line?

I am wondering how one sets that up. I actually do not have a front-end FTN dial-up mailer set up yet. Wanted to ask and see if anyone had tried it and had any suggestions (on what sbbs-compatible mailer would also be good).

In particular, do you have the mailer answer first and then hand-off to sexpots, since the bbs calls have to be routed to a telnet port and address where the mailer calls (I assume) are handled without the telnet handoff bit?
