When I am exporting my message area to a fidonet.na file It says it successfully exported the 16 echos but the .na file is empty. Any ideas?

    1. What version of SCFG are you using?

The latest versions have these export areas options:
    subs.txt Synchronet Sub-boards
    areas.bbs SBBSecho Area File
    backbone.na FidoNet EchoList

    2. Are you sure you're looking at the .na file that you exported? Maybe you're not over-writing the file you're looking at?

    1. 3.17 for Linux
    2. It asks me if I want to overwrite and I say yes. When I go to look at the echolist I see this.
    {} and nothing else.

The full version has a letter in it (e.g. v3.17a or v3.17b).

That's pretty weird. Did you try deleting the file first? "{}" is not part of the backbone.na file format, so I don't really understand how/why that would be in there. Are you sure you're looking at the right file?
