I am getting this :
SBBSecho exiting with error level 1
for my fidoin & fidout event, from last wednesday (5/22/19) on, other then the sbbs_dev.zip (5/25/19) last update was (all updated stuff) 5/17/19
I have looked for a lock file name in the \sbbs\data\subs dir. and anything in the \sbbs\data\qnet dir. & \sbbs\ctrl dir. & \sbbs\data dir. even the \sbbs\node* dir. & \sbbs\temp\sbbsecho dir., any ideas on the problem or where to look?

First look at data/sbbsecho.log, it should have details on the cause of teh error.

You can just run "sbbecho" by itself or run "sbbsecho -?" to list the available options.
